You have probably heard the phrase; “god bless the dead”. In hearing this, have you ever wondered; what “god” blesses the dead?

WE know that this phrase is not ascribed to the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob.
For one, this world does not claim the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob.
And, most importantly, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob is the God of the Living!
Do not just take my word; listen to those with more credibility.
GOD of the LIVING
From the Gospel according to Mark:
"He is not the God of the dead, but the God of the living: ye therefore do greatly err." (Mark 12:27 KJV)
And, from the Gospel according to Matthew:
"I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob? God is not the God of the dead, but of the living." (Matthew 22:32 KJV)
Finally, from the Gospel according to Luke:
"For he is not a God of the dead, but of the living: for all live unto him." (Luke 20:38 KJV)
What god?
And, because we know that besides the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob; there is NO GOD.
"Thus saith the Lord the King of Israel, and his redeemer the Lord of hosts; I am the first, and I am the last; and beside me there is no God." (Isaiah 44:6 KJV)
The question remains, what “god” blesses the dead?
Stop
DO NOT look for me to provide you an answer; for my God is the God of the Living.
I do not know a “god” that blesses the dead.
All I can say is, stop running with the made up lies of this world. Stop believing the nonsense that you hear.
Just because someone says something that sounds good; that does not make it make sense.
And, I guarantee you, you will not find one person that can make our phrase make sense.
