If you are of Christ, my Bible says that this world will hate you. Why? Because, if the world hated Him and you are of Him; the world will hate you too!
Hated Him first
Our Christ warned all of those who will answer to His name that:
"If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you." (John 15:18 KJV)
Our Christ went on to say:
"If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you." (John 15:19 KJV)
For those who are truly of Christ, chosen out of this world by our Christ; the world is supposed to hate you!
Invented in hell
You know who gets along with the world very well; that “fake christ”. You know that “fake christ”, that so many have been worshiping their whole lives. The christ that was “another prophet”, “a good guy”, “a teacher”, the one that stands with the out stretched hand and the welcoming eyes. The one that any child could push over, the one who spent a lot of time on his hair, the christ that did not die for the sins of the world.
The christ that could not save himself so how can he save anyone else. The “homeboy”, the “friend”, the “christ of love”, the christ who is not needed because there is more than one way home.
All of these versions of christ; gets along with the world very well. Why? Because these versions of christ was invented in hell specifically for the world!
Crucified Christ
None, no not one of the above applies to The Crucified Christ. The Crucified Christ is the KING OF KINGS and the LORDS OF LORDS. He stands at the end of the trail for each of us and there will be no running up to Him as if He is your friend. There will be no negotiating with Him; when we stand face to face with Him, we will be paralyzed with fear!
This version of Christ is the Christ that the world hates! And, if you are out in the world talking of Him, spreading His Gospel, warning other’s of hell and trying to turn sinners from the error of their ways. The world is supposed to hate you!
IF you are..
If you are reading this today and you do not know the Crucified Christ; it is time that you get to know Him. Repent, confess and believe in the Lord Jesus. For as our precious brother Paul states:
"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." (Romans 10:9-10 KJV)
The world’s time is running out; you still have time to make a decision. Choose the Lord Jesus before it is too late.
