He penned his doxology in a dungeon. But, who was he?

Apostle Paul

The world remembers him as one of the great Apostles.

However, he referred to himself as the least of all saints.

"Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ."
(Ephesians 3:8 KJV)

Saul of Tarsus

He was not always a great saint!

He was once Saul of Tarsus!

Saul of Tarsus was a hater of all things Christ!

Abhorring the Gospel, the Christ and all of Christ followers.

"Meanwhile, Saul was still breathing out murderous threats against the Lord’s disciples. He went to the high priest"
(Acts 9:1 KJV)

By all accounts, Saul of Tarsus was a mad man.

How could such a mad man end up penning his doxology in a dungeon?

How did such a mad man end up becoming one of the greatest saints that this world has ever known?
