There is no book in all of Creation that has massed as much hatred as the Bible.

“The Bible is proof that fake news has been around for years.”
-quote from a fool

The above blasphemous statement came from the heart of a fool.

And, from this fool’s statement; comes today’s reminder!

Voltaire

When I heard this blasphemous statement; my mind immediately went to the foolish philosopher; Voltaire.

Like this lost soul, Voltaire had an utter disregard for the Bible. We know because out of the heart the mouth speaks:

"A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh." (Luke 6:45 KJV)

And, at every chance to speak on religion, Voltaire had a “quote” about the Bible.

Here is one of his thoughts:

“The Bible, that is what fools have written, what imbeciles commend, what rogues teach and young children are made to learn by heart.”
-quote from a fool

So when I heard the “self-proclaimed wise man”; spewing similar hatred for the Living Word of God. It was easy to remember one of his predecessors.

Living Word of God

Now, let us look at what both men have in common. That would be their common hatred for the Living Word of God.

So, we have Voltaire(a long dead fool), a nameless(living fool) and the Living Word of God!

Of the three, which one is eternal?

Which one needs NO DEFENSE because it has and will outlast ALL of its critics?

As you ponder that, I’ll leave you with a reminder.

The Living Word of God

The Living Word of God needs no defenders; it has and always will have the last word!

You see, the long dead fool has been tormented in the flames for over two hundred years.

The living fool will one day join him; if no one turns him from the error of his ways.

As for the Living Word of God; it has faced generations of battles and will go into eternity UNDEFEATED!

Reminder

I did not come here today to defend the Bible.

I came here today to remind you; do not listen to these fools. They are nothing more than pawns of satan.

As I have said before, the Living Word of God needs no defenders.

And, for the living fool in this story, I pray that someone in his life will help turn him from the error of his ways.

"Let him know, that he which converteth the sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from death, and shall hide a multitude of sins." (James 5:20 KJV)
