Take a close look at the people of this world; who would you say is the most haunted? Is it the non-believer? Or, is it the person who once knew the saving grace of our Lord? Let’s discuss!
Most HAUNTED
There is no individual in this life that is more haunted than the man or woman who once received the saving grace of our Lord. This individual had once laid down their sins at the Cross; this individual had once seen their sins made as white as snow!
"Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool." (Isaiah 1:18 KJV)
This is an individual who once basked in the glory of being made a new creation.
"Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new." (2 Corinthians 5:17 KJV)
This is an individual who had begun to live a life in Christ Jesus and decided to go back to the life that they use to know!
WORSE than BEFORE
You do not step away from Christ; NO! There is nowhere to go after having known our Lord and Savior but into a life worse than the life that you knew before. All of those creepy horrible things that used to master you; will master you ten times worse.
Reader, you know someone who ONCE claimed to love Christ and now they hate Him more than any unbeliever ever could. Have you ever looked at that person and wondered what happened to them?
The answer is simple! That person knows that they made a decision and their decision was not the Son of the Living God.
Words of ETERNAL LIFE
Our Lord’s Word provides us a recording from Peter. Peter, a man who at the call of our Lord; dropped his life to follow the Christ. Peter, the same man who denied our Christ. Peter, a man who would ultimately return to the truth!
What is the truth? The truth is that our Christ has ETERNAL LIFE and He is the Son of the LIVING GOD!
"Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life. And we believe and are sure that thou art that Christ, the Son of the living God." (John 6:68-69 KJV)

If you are here today and you are being haunted; know that our Christ is still sitting on an throne of mercy. If you call on Him now; you will find that He has grace to help. Repent, confess and believe in the Lord Jesus!
"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." (Romans 10:9-10 KJV)
If not, the haunting will follow you all the days of your life and into eternity. Remember, there will be many who will stand before our Christ and hear the words; “Depart from me, I never knew you.”
"And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity." (Matthew 7:23 KJV)
