My Christ is the King of Kings! He is the Lord of Lords! My Christ reigns supreme, and at His name every knee shall bow and every tongue shall confess that He is Lord.

"That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father." -(Philippians 2:10-11 KJV)

But wait

This is not the Christ that the world defines! The world has led so many to believe that our King will be so approachable that we will be able to walk up to Him; pat Him on His shoulder and say; “Thanks for dying for me!” As Peter, hands us our pick of crowns and leads us into heaven.

Please understand, that this a lie! Neither you nor I, nor the rest of mankind will stroll up to the Lord of Lords as if He is our friend. But what we will do is stand before Him and give in account for lives!

"For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad." - (2 Corinthians 5:10 KJV)

We will be terrified

And as we stand there, we will be terrified! Terrified, as we approach His judgment seat, realizing that this is not the Christ that the world captured in all of those blasphemous graven images!

How do we know that at the sight of the King of Kings we will be paralyzed with fear? Our Lord’s precious disciple John, told us! John, the man who walked with, ate with, lived with our Lord for three years; told ALL of us how we will respond when we face our Christ!

The precious disciple John, records for us in our Lord’s revelation that:

“And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last:” - (Revelation 1:17 KJV)

Just like the precious disciple John was paralyzed with fear at the sight of our Lord in all of His majesty; the same will be for you and I!

Different description(s)

Yes, the world has a different description of who our Christ truly is. For example, have you heard any of the following before: “Just another prophet”, “does not really exist”, “has not come yet”, “shares His throne”, “won’t return”, “can be pushed around”, “not the only begotten Son of God”. This is “the Christ” that the world defines; this is not My Christ!

Now, allow me to share with you the description of my Christ. My Christ is the all-sufficient Savior, He paid my sin debt in full, in His resurrection is my hope, He sits at the right hand of my Father my God, the day is coming when He will return to this earth, and before His judgment seat all will stand and give in account for their lives!

You have a choice

Now to you, you have a choice! You can choose to believe the world or you can confess and believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. For as our precious brother Paul states:

"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." -
(Romans 10:9-10 KJV)
